Some of the local species we harvest:

Cantharellus flavus

Cantharellus lateritius

The two main Appalachian chanterelle species found in abundance. We harvest these by the buckets June and July, sometimes into August and September.

Cantharellus phasmatis

Cantharellus odoratus

Cantharellus cinnabarinus
